By accessing or using Bunchies ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bunchies is a community-driven directory for discovering and managing cycling bunch rides. The Service allows users to browse ride listings, create ride listings, plan routes, and interact with community-submitted data.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit ride listings, route data, corrections, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant Bunchies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that is inaccurate, harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

5. Accuracy of Ride Information

Ride listings on Bunchies are submitted and maintained by the community. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or currency of any ride information. You participate in any ride entirely at your own risk. Always confirm details directly with the ride organiser before attending.

6. Safety and Liability

Cycling involves inherent risks. Bunchies is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any ride listed on the Service. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness level, equipment, and the suitability of any ride for your circumstances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam ride listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Bunchies name, logo, and all original content produced by us are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our express written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunchies and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
