A less intense version of the 6am and 6.02am pool rides. There is a regrouping and water point after Berrimah hill at the corner of Beaton and Hidden Valley Roads . Riders go hard at times with sprints along Tiger Brennan Drive, through Winnellie and along Bagot Rd past Jape Homemaker Village.
